Leatherman Wave Multitool

Mike Everett here again. Tonight we are moving onto multitools and starting with one of the best on the market. The Leatherman Wave. The Wave pictured has the black oxide finish which I personally prefer over the standard sating finish as it does not cast a reflection like the satin finish does. Although the Wave is one of the best when it comes to quality and durability, it actually does not have a ton of tools. Tools include a full blade knife, a fully serrated blade, a full saw and a full size file. The inner tools include a pair of scissors, can opener, micro flat head screwdriver, small pry bar, and my personal favorite, a screwdriver with interchangeable bits. And of course your standard pliers with wire cutters. Each one of the tools locks in place and let me tell you, the locks are as strong as locks on some tactical folders I've seen. Personally, I think a multitool is the ultimate survival tool. That doesn't mean you should swap out a fixed blade knife for a multitool. If at all possible, carry both in a survival situation. I've owned 7 or 8 multitools in my time and for the money the Wave is by far the best I've come across. This is a solid survival tool.

  1. Chainsaw sharpeners are essential if you are trying to maintain your chainsaw sharp and working readily. Permit a technical chainsaw sharpener perform all the task for you.Sharpen a Chainsaw Chain
