They've updated the product since our last review with a new Sight Ring. Previously one would have to hold their fingers in a "V" and use to aim (similar to using a signaling mirror without peep hole).
This new sight ring allows the user to use the laser with one hand. A huge benefit to someone that becomes injured. Just another force multiplier when trying to save yourself.
