Leatherman Micra Multitool

Another entry from Leatherman. This is the Micra. Small, compact, very lightweight and durable. I won't go into a lot of detail about this multitool but I'll give you the basics. It has 10 tools: small knife, spring action scissors, small nail file, tweezers, small screwdriver, medium screwdriver, philips/flathead screwdriver and bottle opener. This is a great EDC multitool.

    I have carried one of these for years. Of all the knives/multi-tools I own it is my favorite because of its size and weight. The largest job I ever used it for was to clean/gut a deer. The tweezers are great for small close-in jobs and the scissors do a good job opening MREs and other such containers. The screw drivers help tighten my sunglasses to keep lenses in and my wife likes the nail file better than her emery boards. The bottle opener is sort of passe as there ain't too many beers with caps on em anymore but the small screwdriver on it is good for prying small things as well. It fits well in the pocket and the only time I don or haven't been carrying it has been on a few occasions where I had to fly and didn't want the TSA nazis to take it!
